About

I am a fine artist, writer, and sculptor originally from Jersey in the Channel Islands. My practice bridges the personal and the universal, using world-building as a method that intertwines storytelling with contemporary scientific research. Through sculpture and installation, my work reflects on the conditions of living on a damaged planet, creating spaces for connection, care, and collective mourning. Central to my practice are questions of sustainability, immigration, and ecology.

I work between sculpture and installation, producing forms that appear to emerge from architectural spaces, as if breaking through walls, rising from beneath the ground, or surfacing from water. My works operate across multiple scales, holding both micro ripples and macro ricochets, and often take the form of immersive, multidisciplinary environments. These sculptural interventions have been described as jewelry for architecture, emphasizing their intimate yet structural relationship to space. Through material vulnerability and sculptural language, I explore processes of building and conscious unbuilding.

Glass is a primary material within my practice, though I do not position myself as a glass artist. Instead, I use glass for its material ambiguity. It is non-binary, water-like, and simultaneously fragile and pressure-resistant. Its capacity to shift between states, solid and liquid, transparent and reflective, allows it to function as both structure and atmosphere, supporting my interest in transformation, permeability, and resilience.

Extending beyond the duration of the exhibition, my practice incorporates song, lighting, and editioned objects as repositories for what remains after each installation. These elements function as vessels that hold the emotional, material, and narrative residue of a show, preserving its rubble and allowing it to circulate beyond the exhibition site.Shaped by an island upbringing situated between France and England, my work connects intimate lived experience with broader planetary narratives, holding together fragility, resilience, and ongoing instability.
